How to Choose the Best Consultancy in Kathmandu
Compare at Least Three
Do not choose the first consultancy you visit.
Take the same academic profile to two or three providers and compare their recommendations.
Ask About University Representation
Ask whether the consultancy officially represents the institution being recommended.
Verify important claims yourself.
Check Your Counsellor
A famous consultancy name does not automatically mean every counsellor provides the same quality of advice.
The person handling your case matters.
Understand All Costs
Ask about:
Tuition fees
Scholarships
University deposits
Consultancy charges
Visa fees
Insurance
English tests
Living expenses
Other expected costs
Never Accept Guaranteed Visa Claims
No consultancy controls a government's visa decision.
A professional consultancy can help prepare your application.
It cannot guarantee approval.
Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Consultancy

What is the total tuition fee?
What scholarship is realistically available?
What financial evidence will I need?

Who will handle my application?
Who will prepare my visa file?
Can I review everything before submission?
