By accessing or using Ratings Nepal (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content & Reviews

• Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience.
• You may not post defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
• By posting a review you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

4. Business Listings

Business owners may claim and manage their listing for free. Ratings Nepal does not guarantee the accuracy of business information provided by third parties. Verified badges indicate that documentation has been reviewed — not an endorsement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Impersonating another person or business
• Scraping or mass-downloading content without permission
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the Platform's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and branding are the property of Ratings Nepal. User-generated content remains the property of its author, subject to the license granted in Section 3.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ratings Nepal is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We are not liable for decisions made based on information found on the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
